Our Programme


Sa Sa International Holdings Limited together with its subsidiaries (the “Group”) is a leading cosmetics retailing group in Asia. It has over 200 retail stores in Asia selling over 600 brands of skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care, body care products, health and beauty supplements including own-brands and exclusive products. The Group employs about 3,300 staff in markets across the region, covering Hong Kong and Macau SARs, Mainland China, and Malaysia.


Our Programme Features

Sa Sa Management Trainee Programme is an 18-month fast-track programme designed to develop our future retail operation leaders. To support your development, you will be given the opportunities in practical frontline operation experience as well as comprehensive products knowledge training, shop management techniques, cross-functional attachments, special projects / assignments, and leadership skill development. Besides, we will provide you with mentoring and coaching throughout the programme, frequent opportunities to meet with our senior management team and your mentor. You will be equipped with both technical and business acumen exposure to contribute further responsibilities in the Company.

Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for outstanding fresh graduates or graduates with less than 2-year working experience, exceptional credentials, and the following qualities:

-  Tertiary educated in any disciplines

-  Customer-oriented and interested in dealing with people

-  Self-motivated and who can demonstrate leadership potential

-  Strong commitment to deliver excellent result

-  Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

-  Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-  Flexible to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment, shift duty is required
