Sa Sa International Holdings Limited ("Sa Sa" or "the Group") is a leading cosmetics retailing group in Asia. Listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) in 1997 (Stock Code: 178). It has over 260 retail stores and counters in Asia selling over 700 brands of skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care, body care products, health and beauty supplements including own-brands and exclusive products. The Group employs close to 4,800 staff in markets across the region, covering Hong Kong & Macau, Mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia.

Legend and Vision

Established in 1978, Sa Sa has grown from a 40 sq. ft. retail space to become today's regional "beauty" enterprise and is now the leading cosmetics retail chain in Asia, according to the "Retail Asia-Pacific Top 500" ranking of Retail Asia magazine and Euromonitor in 2017. As one of the largest sole agents in cosmetics in Hong Kong, Sa Sa represents over 200 international beauty brands in Asia.

Sa Sa prospers on its successful and proven "one-stop cosmetics specialty store" concept, offering customers with a wide range of quality products. Its e-commerce arm, sasa.com, provides online shopping service to customers as well as a strong marketing tool for the Group. 

Scope of Business

Cosmetics Retail

The Group sells over 700 brands, covering over 17,000 skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care, body care products, health and beauty supplements under international brands including own-brands and exclusive products. Its extensive regional retail network currently comprises of over 260 "Sasa" multi-brand stores in Asia, as well as one La Colline specialty store. Our e-business platform, sasa.com, also offers round-the-clock e-tailing with comprehensive product and corporate information.

Brand Management

In addition to selling its own-brand products, the Group also operates as the sole agent for many international cosmetics brands in Asia. Sa Sa is today one of the largest sole agents in cosmetics in Hong Kong, with services that include brand management, marketing, sales and distribution. The Group currently manages over 200 exclusive international beauty brands including La Colline, Suisse Programme, Mèthode Swiss, Eleanor, Cyber Colors etc. This business accounts for over 39.2% of Sa Sa's total retail turnover.
