Sa Sa’s sustainability governance structure centres on the Sustainability Steering Committee, at which it is directly accountable to the board of directors. Chaired by our executive director, Ms Kwok Sze Wai Melody, and with different department heads as members, the SSC meets quarterly to deliberate on our strategic sustainability development's focus areas, direction, and goals. The driving principle is to develop specific policy recommendations, enhance efficiency, minimise costs, and engage staff in sustainability.
