The department also develops best-in-class beauty products for our own labels to provide customers with a wider array of product offerings.

Our Sales Operation Department develops strategies for our retail operation in response to the market trends. It is also responsible for the daily operation of our retail stores as well as the management of professional beauty consultant team. In addition to our own shopping website, sasa.com, the E-commerce Department establishes partnerships with third-party online platforms and social commerce platforms to offer round-the-clock online shopping services and comprehensive product information to our customers around the world.

Our Logistics Department takes charge of the management of the Group's logistics centres. Its daily work includes product in-and-out operation, quality monitoring, value-added services etc., ensuring the products can be delivered to the designated stores or locations quickly, accurately and safely through our operation system. Our Supply Chain Department mainly handles control of cost and inventory, forecast of product supply and demand, and purchase order as well.

Our Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a sound financial and accounting management system for the Group. It performs daily accounting work, financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as monitoring of financial budgets and the progress of related plans. The Legal and Company Secretarial Department is responsible for providing legal support and services to all business units of the Group, organising annual general meetings, preparing results reports, and ensuring that the declaration and disclosure of the interests of the board of directors and management are in compliance with laws and regulations. The department is also responsible for environmental, social and governance (ESG) assisting the Group in planning the overall sustainable development in terms of positioning, direction and strategies.
