The scope covers quality customer experiences, product knowledge, retail services, mindset development and management skills, etc. which are required to enhance flexibility and resilience for overcoming challenges.
To learn retail operation planning, team leadership and service management through on-the-job training at stores and attachments at various departments in the back-office, coupled with sharing of practical work experiences from senior management.
A well-defined career path to the position of Supervisor Trainee as well as the opportunity to reach management level, such as but not limited to Supervisor or Assistant Sales Operations Manager. Internal transfer opportunities within the Group’s headquarter or overseas offices are also available.

I am a management trainee of the first batch of the Sa Sa’s Management Trainee Programme. Currently, I am primarily responsible for the business development and operation management in China. As an industry leader, Sa Sa offers a management trainee programme which is a good platform for graduates to learn and participate in the management operation of the retail industry, while acquiring understanding of the planning and development of every aspect of the beauty industry, effectively enhancing our professionalism and leadership skills. Management trainee is the first yet the most important step. Trainees are constantly acquiring new knowledge from compactly designed courses, strengthening the foundation for future development. Sa Sa is my first job after university graduation. The Management Trainee Programme provided comprehensive training, rotating across various positions from front-end stores to back-office departments. To me, working as a frontline staff was surprisingly challenging! During my years of services at Sa Sa, I have had the opportunity to work in different stores, which has greatly improved my resilience and communication skills. Amid the pandemic, positive thinking enables me to actively lead the staff to overcome the challenges in the store and tide over the difficulties with the company.
